For every 300.00 spent, you receive 30.00 in loyalty credit in your kitty. This credit can be deducted from your next reservation, with no time limit on its use, and can be accumulated. Your kitty is credited once your booking is complete, i.e. when you return from your trip.
You need to book on our website, pay by credit card online, and you will receive confirmation and invoice by email.
For a booking on the same day of your departure, present yourself at the easy-park.ch counter open continuously from 04:00 AM to 00:30 AM depending on the availability of our parking spaces.
The easy-park.ch counter is accessible immediately after exiting the elevators on the upper level "CHECK-IN" located outside before the large pedestrian crossing.
Modifications and cancellations of your booking can be made directly from your customer account:
- For the departure: You can modify your booking details up to 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time.
- For the return: You can modify your booking details up to 24 hours before the landing time.
Changes regarding the vehicle (model choice, etc.) can be made at any time.

No, to avoid paying for the motorway vignette, you should take the last exit before the customs of the motorway and go through either Ferney-Voltaire customs or St Julien-en-Genevois customs depending on where you are coming from.
Yes, only a photocopy of the registration document or grey card is sufficient, which you will place in the glove box.
Our parking lots are located in Vernier and Meyrin. You should count 10-15 kilometers round trip maximum.
Yes, we take care of all vehicles that do not require a special license (up to 9 seats) and whose height does not exceed 2.00 meters.
Yes, you just need to notify our office in order to register the name and mobile number of the person on the valet confirmation (you will find more details in our general conditions).
At the end of the drop-down menu "destination/origin", you check "N.C." and for the flight number you enter "0000".

Yes, you can come with several vehicles. A reservation must be made for each vehicle.
Thanks to the flight number and the landing time you provided when booking, the valet can check the progress of your flight and arrive accordingly with your vehicle.
We are responsible for any bodywork damage to your vehicle from the moment we take charge of it until we return it to you, provided that a descriptive condition of the vehicle has been carried out at the customer's request upon pickup (you will find more details in our general conditions).
Once you've used our services for the first time, you can refer people of your choice by logging into your customer area. From the first day of the sponsoree's booking, you will receive $20 as the sponsor, while your sponsoree will receive $10. These amounts will be credited directly to each person's loyalty account. We can charge your vehicle upon request, provided that your cable is compatible with the airport parking plugs.
Covered Parking: Vehicles over 2 meters in height cannot be accepted in our covered parking for safety and accessibility reasons. These vehicles will need to be parked in our outdoor parking area.
Vehicle Washing: Vehicles exceeding 1.90 meters in height are not eligible for our washing service. Easy-park.ch reserves the right to cancel the washing option if the vehicle does not meet this height limit. We recommend checking your vehicle’s height before selecting this option.
